So, I've been meaning to write this for a while now, but I got my first surfboard a few weeks ago! I've been borrowing friends' boards ever since I've been here and now I finally have my own! It's an 8' fun board, with a nose that is not fully rounded. it's made of Tuff-lite, which, for those of you who don't know, is a type of epoxy board. I've been surfing it about five or six times now (NOT enough, I know!) and it's really GREAT! Evan found it for me in Hale Iwa. Oh, which reminds me... thanks to those of you who read my last blog and commented. Evan and I are actually back together again now, which is a good thing. It was good for us to take a break and re-evaluate ourselves and our relationship. I feel like our relationship is stronger now. So, life is good!
